Job Description
The Director of Security Operations oversees security strategies and operations across Wyoming facilities, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure through technology deployment, risk assessments, and coordination with vendors and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional security strategy execution across Wyoming facilities
- Oversee site-level security operations and vendor coordination
- Deploy and manage security technology to protect people, assets, and infrastructure
- Partner with IT, GSOC, vendors, and senior management to integrate security technologies
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure operational readiness
- Provide proactive leadership and make sound judgments under pressure
Requirements
- Experience in leading the regional execution of security strategy across multiple facilities, including overseeing site-level security operations, vendor coordination, and technology deployment to safeguard people, assets, and infrastructure.
- Ability to partner with IT, GSOC, vendors, and senior management to integrate cutting-edge security technologies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure operational readiness.
- Proactive leadership skills with the ability to exercise strong judgment under pressure.
- Ability to align field security operations with enterprise security objectives.
- Must be insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy, as the role may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
