Job Description
The role involves leading and developing a team of early-career Value Engineers at Celonis, focusing on onboarding, training, and delivering value to customers through process mining and AI technology, while driving sales, renewals, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop early career Value Engineers through the Orbit onboarding program.
- Develop talent with technical, business, process, and sales skills relevant to the value journey.
- Coach team members through hands-on engagement, feedback, and mentorship.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet sales, renewal, value, and adoption targets.
- Communicate success metrics and risks proactively within the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team of early career Value Engineers (VE) with a focus on building a high-standard, balanced skill set including quantitative, technical, business, process, and sales acumen.
- Deep process and industry knowledge with proven consulting skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Domain expertise in Business domains such as Finance or Supply Chain, including experience in strategic transformation initiatives like Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation, and the ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges faced by the C-Suite, with the ability to build an integrated Celonis EMS roadmap.
- Experience guiding customer IT teams throughout their Celonis journey, demonstrating hands-on ability to accelerate value realization by building dashboards, Apps, etc.
- Experience planning and managing project scope, expectations, and timelines, including leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Experience with a value selling methodology throughout the customer journey, including discovery, qualification, proof activities, and value realization, demonstrating the potential value of Celonis.
- Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, establishing operating models, and training users to realize value, renew, and expand subscriptions with Celonis.
- Proven leadership skills, including leading by example, being hands-on with teams, and serving as a role model for the organization.
