Job Description
A solution-focused technical role supporting value engineers by designing scalable, secure, and optimized technical architectures that drive data-driven business transformations and platform adoption across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with value engineers to ensure solutions align with client objectives and support the entire value journey
- Translate client business goals into scalable, secure technical solutions and develop reusable technical assets
- Create and maintain a library of architecture templates, integration frameworks, and thought leadership materials
- Provide guidance on technical design, performance optimization, and security throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead high-impact, mission-critical projects by fostering collaboration and driving innovative solutions
Requirements
- Experience in collaborating with value engineers to ensure solutions align with client objectives and support the entire value journey.
- Ability to understand client business goals and translate these into technical solutions that align with their strategic vision.
- Proficiency in developing reusable technical assets, including architecture templates, integration frameworks, and position papers, to enable consulting teams and accelerate platform adoption.
- Experience providing guidance on technical design, performance optimization, and security in both pre-sales and post-sales environments to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
- Ability to lead and drive mission-critical, high-impact projects with creativity and resilience, fostering collaboration across teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Knowledge of Value Engineering Principles, including value analysis, cost reduction, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Make, Celonis, and Python, as these are integral to solving technical problems within the platform.
- Ability to work with and interpret data to make informed recommendations for improving asset, product, or process value.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, to diagnose and address technical issues effectively.
- Creative thinking skills to find innovative ways to reduce costs or enhance performance without compromising quality.
- Excellent technical communication skills to clearly explain concepts, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Value Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand customer needs and convey solutions that address those needs effectively.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills to support multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Meticulous documentation and reporting skills to ensure all project details, proposals, and improvements are accurately recorded.
- Active listening skills to understand and respond to stakeholder needs, concerns, or feedback.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to methodically resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or processes.
- Willingness and ability to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and evolving technologies relevant to value engineering and platform solutions.
- A degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field, or equivalent skills and experience.
