Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, cross-functional security programs in Product and Enterprise Security
Break down programs into workstreams and coordinate across teams to ensure delivery
Present and advocate complex technical and business concepts to leadership
Drive teamwork, communication, and collaboration among multiple stakeholders
Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, milestones, tasks, and risks
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within teams
Deliver clear and structured presentations to communicate project status and concepts
Requirements
Experience in Technical Program Management in SaaS software companies with 4 years of experience.
Expertise with running the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution, and accurately communicating program status, issues, dependencies, and risks to program stakeholders beyond Product Enterprise Security.
Highly proficient in Jira, including managing workflows, tracking issues, and optimizing team efficiency.
Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams.
Familiarity with information security domains and or knowledge of security fundamentals.
Skilled in Google Suite, effectively managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.
Ability to lead and independently own strategic programs across different domains and Product Enterprise Security teams.
