Job Description
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for early career professionals, including university engagement, campus events, and talent sourcing, to build a strong pipeline of recent graduates and interns for Celonis in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for early career professionals, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and execute inclusive sourcing and recruiting strategies for internships, graduate programs, and entry-level positions.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with university partners, faculty, student organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet graduate talent demand and facilitate campus engagement activities.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, handling end-to-end recruiting life cycle, campus recruitment, or a related field, ideally with a focus on early professional recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian university landscape, including key recruiting events, top universities, and student organizations.
- Proven experience in managing campus events, recruitment fairs, and outreach activities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Passion for early talent development and employer branding.
