Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment and campus engagement initiatives to attract early career talent in India, focusing on university partnerships, employer branding, and candidate sourcing for internships and entry-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for early career professionals, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement inclusive sourcing and recruiting strategies for internships, graduate programs, and entry-level roles.
  • Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university partners, faculty, student organizations, and industry stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate campus events such as interviews, case challenges, webinars, and networking sessions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition, handling end-to-end recruiting life cycle, campus recruitment, or a related field, ideally with a focus on early professional recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian university landscape, including key recruiting events, top universities, and student organizations.
  • Proven experience in managing campus events, recruitment fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Passion for early talent development and employer branding.
