You will join our HR Service Delivery Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern. You will have the opportunity to learn about global talent operations, complex interview logistics, ATS system administration, and managing global hiring scaling across strategic business units.
• Have a graduated university degree in the fields of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or Psychology, ideally a Master’s in HR Management. This role is meant for Graduates.
• Have a hands-on mentality and are highly reliable when managing fast-moving candidate communications.
• Have an eye for detail and a structured, independent, and exact work ethic to handle a high volume of logistics.
• Have excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important scheduling requests and pipeline deadlines.
• Capable of working in a fast and ever-changing environment and like to shape, automate, and optimize processes (experience or keen interest in AI tools or automated scheduling workflows is a strong plus).
• Very proficient in IT tools and eager to work with global recruitment platforms.
• Very good knowledge in written and spoken English & Spanish (Business English is a strict must for global stakeholder interaction).
• Available for 12 months on a full-time (40h/week) and able work one-site from our office in Madrid.
