Job Description
Palmetto is a leading clean tech company on a mission to accelerate the transition to a clean energy future.
Requirements
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Administrative, customer service, or data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional emails independently rather than relying on templates.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and comfortable navigating spreadsheets; eager to pick up new tools as needed.
- Highly dependable, with consistent follow-through on tasks and commitments.
- Comfortable with process-driven, repetitive administrative work, maintaining high accuracy throughout.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and task management softwares is a bonus.
- This is a fixed-term, 1-year position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs.
