Job Description
A senior sales role focused on managing and expanding relationships with large manufacturing clients by selling Celonis' Process Intelligence platform through a consultative approach, driving complex enterprise sales, and engaging with C-level stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled process optimization solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for expansion
- Engage with senior stakeholders across multiple business lines to understand their needs
- Drive sales of Celonis Process Intelligence solutions within manufacturing industry use cases
- Lead complex sales cycles by coordinating virtual cross-functional teams
- Achieve revenue targets by closing high-value deals within assigned accounts
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience, ideally spanning both Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or a proven track record of success and career progression in either domain
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.)
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of key processes and KPIs throughout the entire enterprise value chain in the Manufacturing Industry, particularly within the domains of Finance and Supply Chain
- Solid understanding of the Manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
