Job Description
A Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for implementing process mining solutions, analyzing business processes using SQL and other data tools, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize and automate processes across various departments, thereby driving digital transformation and delivering business value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology to deliver high-quality solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses, operational apps, and AI/ML algorithms to enhance process transparency and automation
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest improvement strategies
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present KPIs and improvement areas to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
- Set the foundation for long-term customer success and value realization
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and enjoyment in interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
