Job Description
The Senior Value Engineer at Celonis is responsible for supporting customer value realization by identifying business challenges, building use cases, conducting ROI analyses, and facilitating process improvements to drive digital transformation and expand customer adoption of Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and develop solutions using Celonis technology
- Support regional teams in establishing and growing foundational accounts
- Build and present business cases, ROI analyses, and value assessments to demonstrate potential benefits of Celonis solutions
- Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and quantify value realization
- Develop strategic expansion plans to drive adoption and scaling of Celonis Process Intelligence within customer organizations
- Provide feedback to product teams to enhance platform capabilities based on customer use cases
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across different parts of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
