Key Responsibilities
As a trusted partner to our Product & Engineering (P&E) organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.You will be a strategic advisor to our leaders, bringing not only recruiting expertise but also actionable talent insights that influence hiring decisions and shape our overall talent strategy.
You will act as the trusted partner to our hiring leaders and the main point of contact for our candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Leveraging your background in hiring top technical talent you will bring credibility and market expertise to every search.

Requirements
A background in Technical / Engineering recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management
Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product , Technology or IT Services businesses.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates and partners.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
