Job Description
A Senior Solutions Architect at Celonis is responsible for onboarding enterprise customers onto the Process Intelligence platform, ensuring technical integration, system setup, and user adoption to enable customers to realize value from process mining and automation features.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard customers onto the Celonis platform and ensure technical components are in place for value realization
- Drive the technical setup for features like process mining, automation, and task mining
- Understand customer technical requirements and facilitate successful system integrations
- Lead discussions on user management, authentication, and security configurations
- Establish real-time integrations with customer source systems via APIs and internal solutions
- Advise on authentication, user provisioning, and security to support user adoption
- Identify and eliminate technical barriers to ensure smooth deployment and adoption
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3 to 10 years in industry with experience to work on Python, ETL, SQL.
- Solid experience with project management and outstanding customer-centric proven experience working with customers.
- Experience and interest in working with modern tech stack methods like REST SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion Streaming Kafka or similar, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Agile, etc.
- Experience with SQL and Python as well as with data pipelines ETL processes for large volumes of data.
- Knowledgeable about security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
- Experience in performing the technical onboarding process of Celonis and performing technical discussions with customers to identify key system architecture components.
- Ability to propose and help customers build solutions that unblock deployments.
- Experience establishing real-time integrations to customer source systems via APIs and Celonis internal integration solutions.
- Experience advising customers on authentication and user group management and provisioning solutions for the Celonis platform.
- Ability to eliminate technical barriers to user adoption of Celonis.
- Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Japanese.
