Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer role focused on developing and enhancing Celonis's Task Mining solution, involving building scalable desktop components, ensuring software reliability, and collaborating with customers and teams to deliver innovative process intelligence technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance desktop components for the Task Mining software
- Design, implement, and deliver end-to-end solutions to customers
- Improve the maintainability, reliability, and robustness of the software
- Automate and optimize development processes
- Document procedures, concepts, and share knowledge within teams
- Manage complex support requests and communicate with stakeholders
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and improve their setups
Requirements
- 7 years of professional experience building .NET applications
- Hands-on experience in C and .NET framework
- Experience in developing highly performant and scalable desktop components
- Experience in implementing end-to-end solutions including design, implementation, build, and delivery
- Experience in improving the maintainability, reliability, and robustness of software
- Experience in writing and setting up unit and integration tests
- Experience in refactoring legacy components
- Experience with user interface development using WPF and MVVM
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Experience in REST APIs and/or distributed microservice architecture
- Experience in monitoring and log analysis capabilities such as DataDog
- Ability to manage complex requests from support, including finding technical solutions and communicating with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to supervise and coach junior colleagues
