Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, analyzing data using SQL and other tools, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize business processes across various departments. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, developing data models, and translating business needs into technical solutions to maximize value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational apps, incorporating AI and Machine Learning
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Quantify business and financial potential, presenting KPIs and improvement areas to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong communication skills in English and enjoyment in interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
