You will join the GTM Sales Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you will build and refine a new world-class onboarding engine that translates complex process analytics into repeatable sales success. You will serve as the architect of a new Account Executive’s first 90 days, ensuring they decrease time-to-productivity and possess the skills, product knowledge, and confidence required to achieve their quotas.
- You will achieve this through the design, delivery, and ongoing coaching of our sales onboarding programs for newly hired Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or a quota-carrying enterprise B2B sales role (AE or BDR) within a high-growth SaaS, data, or cloud infrastructure company.
- Ability to quickly master the Celonis platform and articulate data architecture, process analytics, and workflow automation in clear business-value terms.
- Familiarity with modern enablement tech stacks (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, or modern LMS platforms).
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Willingness to travel to key locations where in-person training sessions are conducted (primarily Munich and the US East Coast).
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is an advantage.
