Senior Manager Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA; Public accounting experience with Big 4. • 5+ years of experience in public accounting / private industry with increasing levels of responsibility. • Strong leadership skills with a consistent record of leading meaningful initiatives across the organization. • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. • Knowledge of IFRS would be a plus • Expert in technical accounting issues and accounting for complex transactions. • Experience with M&A due diligence, valuations, and purchase accounting. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment. • A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operational and accounting challenges. • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, current knowledge of U.S. GAAP including areas of M&A, equity investments, financial reporting, and other technical accounting matters. • Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. • Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, excellent soft-skills, and ability to motivate and influence all levels of management. • Excellent project management, analytical skills, with attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement.
