Requirements
Ability to Drive Scalability/Systematize Best Practices globally : You should be excited to identify, document, and implement best practices within the organization and scale them across the VE organization globally. You should demonstrate a deep understanding of effective processes, tools, and methodologies in order to streamline operations, identify areas for improvement, and to establish standardized procedures that can be replicated across different teams.

Technical Expertise : you should possess hard skills related to the Celonis Platform (e.g. PQL) paired with common skills related to software development & deployment such as SQL or programming skills like R, Python or Java. Technical expertise can also be related to managing complex Excel/Google sheets, and setting up Action Flows for automations.
Value Proposition of Celonis Product: you should possess in-depth knowledge of the Celonis platform, processes, and key assets. You should actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and expertise, allowing you to provide valuable insights, guidance, and support to your colleagues in the field.
Value Selling & Realization Skills : you should successfully understand the customer's needs, aligning Celonis products and/or services with those needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition to drive customer success and satisfaction. These skills typically include active listening, solution positioning, objection handling, value identification, framing, realization & tracking.
Stakeholder & Program Management: You should successfully roll-out and drive adoption of new assets and processes supported by strong project management skills, including planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You should be able to navigate complexities and overcome challenges to ensure successful adoption across the teams.
Industry Expertise is a Plus: Ideally expertise in one or more industries (e.g. Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals) and the ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities
Degree: In Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program
