Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing knowledge management solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and AI integration within the Value Engineering team at Celonis. It requires developing strategies, managing content, and collaborating with various teams to make knowledge accessible and actionable across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement knowledge management strategies and solutions.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of a central knowledge repository for GTM content.
- Establish content governance policies and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Curate, organize, and maintain knowledge assets such as best practices and process documentation.
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize knowledge structures for AI applications and launch AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct knowledge audits and gap analyses to improve content relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor knowledge usage and feedback to enhance knowledge management solutions.
- Drive the adoption of knowledge management tools through training, communication, and change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong university degree in Technology Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or a comparable program.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in solution engineering, management consulting, product marketing, market intelligence, business intelligence, information architect, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing knowledge management or learning solutions, or a combination of expertise in knowledge management strategy and implementation of technology solutions to support knowledge sharing and collaboration, with demonstrated hands-on experience in building knowledge management solutions.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing AI-driven applications is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven ability to develop and execute knowledge management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, program management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with content management systems, knowledge base software, and collaboration tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
