Job Description
This role involves developing and executing demand generation strategies within the Public Sector and Financial Services industries, including campaigns, events, and partner collaborations, to drive pipeline growth and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute industry-specific demand generation plans aligned with sales goals
- Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve pipeline targets
- Plan, create, and manage industry events, webinars, and in-person activities to engage prospects and customers
- Scale demand creation efforts through partner collaborations and account-based marketing programs
- Coordinate with global marketing teams to adapt and leverage global campaigns for specific industries
- Plan and host flagship events to accelerate opportunities and deepen customer relationships
- Enable sales, BDR, and partner teams with campaign strategies, messaging, and marketing programs
- Manage demand generation reporting and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
- Allocate marketing budget effectively to generate and accelerate pipeline growth
Requirements
- 7 years experience in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing positions
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Proven track record of working with sales, partner teams, and customer success teams to create and execute campaigns that drive pipeline
- Experience marketing to the Public Sector is preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in modern marketing persona-centric demand generation, marketing automation, pipeline acceleration, demand generation funnel, etc.
- Proven track record of using a wide variety of tactics like influencer networks, industry association partnership, account-based marketing, events, digital, email and partner marketing to drive demand
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Experience in Marketing Automation, Salesforce.com
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
