Job Description
The role involves working with partners to implement and optimize Celonis Process Intelligence solutions, providing strategic and technical guidance to drive business transformation, growth, and value realization across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Use the Celonis platform to analyze processes, identify value opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Support partner engagements through project phases such as use case identification, solution implementation, and value assessment.
- Develop expertise in Celonis solutions, methodologies, and advanced features to guide partners and customers.
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to align consulting activities with business expansion goals.
- Create and deliver training, workshops, and enablement materials to enhance partner capabilities.
- Analyze business processes and provide data-driven recommendations for efficiency and decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business processes and consult stakeholders on value generation.
- Business fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, Business Process Reengineering, Digital Transformation, or similar fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing or partner-facing role within the above fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Technology, Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in enterprise software implementation and familiarity with project management best practices.
- Understanding of key business process areas such as supply chain, financial services, and IT service management.
- Prior experience working with or at global service integrators such as Accenture, IBM, or SAP is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Python, R, or MATLAB is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and engagingly to both technical and business audiences.
