Job Description

The Sales Director at Celonis is responsible for leading revenue growth within Enterprise accounts across various industries in the UK, managing and developing a sales team, and building strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, manage, and develop strong sales talent.
  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Extensive experience collaborating with strategic partners, including consulting firms and enterprise technology providers.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills across diverse business contexts.
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, high-growth environments, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
