• You have relevant work experience (3+ years) in enterprise software sales
• You have excellent written/verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
• You have ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• You have proven experience building pipeline.
• You have ability to take initiative
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You are skilled in using relevant technology to maximize pipe generation and deal velocity
