Job Description
The role involves leading a team to support customer value realization through process mining solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to identify, deliver, and scale value propositions, while fostering talent development and stakeholder management in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the GCC's Global Capability Centers in identifying, framing, and delivering value to customers
- Lead and develop a team of Value Engineers to build their skills and expertise
- Work directly with customers to support strategic goals and realize value using Celonis platform
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to allocate resources and achieve sales, renewal, and adoption targets
- Manage end-to-end customer value journey, including discovery, qualification, and value realization
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate results, risks, and success stories
- Guide customers' IT teams through process mining initiatives and accelerate value realization
- Identify and prioritize use cases, implement improvement measures, and establish operating models for customers
Requirements
- Demonstrate your business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, as well as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis platform roadmap.
- Experience with guiding customer s IT teams throughout their process mining journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of platform and proven ability to accelerate value realization by building dashboards, Apps, Action Flows.
- Plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem wherever possible.
- Experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate experience of following the Celonis value selling methodology alongside the customer journey including discovery, qualification, value assessment and PoV s, and demonstrate the full value potential of Celonis platform.
- Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and becoming a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and training users for the customer to realize value and renew or expand their subscription with Celonis.
- Demonstrate ability to qualify all VE engagements, do discovery with customers directly, steer and allocate resources efficiently, and champion the value selling methodology with customers.
- Proven ability to lead by example, including being on the front line with teams, hands-on in all aspects, and serving as a role model for the organization.
