- Experience: 7+ years of highly relevant experience, demonstrating ownership of multiple strategic workstreams and possessing a growing body of expert industry knowledge.
- AI & Technical & Fluency: Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS. Master AI-fluent operator who uses AI to scale outputs and guides technical teams on complex solution design.
- Builder Mentality: Thrives in ambiguity, capable of setting the strategic direction for entire account teams. Deeply committed to living for customer value .
- Process Improvement & Value Realization: Master of value realization, setting the standard for business-critical proof points and advanced use cases.
- Strategic Program & Stakeholder Management: Expert at orchestrating massive enterprise programs and navigating portfolio complexities. Proven ability to mobilize C-suite sponsorship. Flawless English and German with exceptional executive presence.
- Domain & Industry: Expert knowledge in Insurance and wider Financial Services market dynamics. You stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases.
- Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
