Requirements
You are a strategic leader with 8–12+ years of experience navigating unstructured enterprise problems. To be successful in this role, you must possess a hybrid background that bridges heavy industry and elite business strategy. The O&G Operator turned Consultant: You began your career in the field, engineering, or operations at a supermajor, independent operator, or major oilfield services company, and subsequently pivoted into Management Consulting, Strategy, or SaaS Value Engineering.
The Consultant turned O&G Digital Strategist: You began your career at an MBB, Big 4, or elite tech consultancy, built a deep portfolio of quantified business cases in digital transformation, and subsequently specialized heavily within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors.
