The role involves leveraging process mining and AI technologies to drive business value for consumer packaged goods companies by analyzing operational data, developing strategic solutions, and managing the end-to-end customer value journey to optimize processes and achieve measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and map strategic priorities to high-impact Celonis use cases
Architect solutions connecting data across the value chain to optimize complex ecosystems
Construct data-backed business cases demonstrating operational and financial impact
Build demos and business cases to win expansion opportunities
Conduct value assessments and communicate strategic value to C-Level executives
Lead value workstreams for pilots and implementations, ensuring effective process monitoring
Guide customers on process improvement and AI integration within core business functions
Facilitate workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities
Derive and initiate enterprise-wide process improvement actions
Present results and realized value to senior management and stakeholders
Codify best practices and reusable assets for the Value Engineering team
Act as a senior resource and mentor for team members
Provide feedback to product teams on platform enhancements based on customer needs
Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption and renewal
Build strategic expansion roadmaps for embedding Celonis in client organizations
Drive innovation by providing feedback for platform and application development
Requirements
8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations, ideally combining time at a CPG FMCG company with Management Consulting or Sales Engineering
Granular knowledge of the CPG value chain, specifically in areas such as Demand Supply Planning, Logistics, Trade Promotions, or Consumer Retail Operations
Proven track record of managing the full customer lifecycle, including landing new accounts, expanding footprint through strategic upselling, and driving long-term value to ensure high retention and organic advocacy
Experience in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving them to resolution, with the ability to impact the P L through process improvement and technology deployment
Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP S 4HANA, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, SAP IBP, and experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python is a strong plus
Experience presenting to and working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to navigate complex internal structures and clearly communicate value to non-technical audiences
Ability to work with ambiguity and set direction within an account team to achieve results (builder mentality)
Degree in Industrial Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Informatics, Mathematics, or a similar field
