Job Description
The role involves delivering hands-on training and developing enablement programs for Celonis Process Mining technology, primarily focusing on the India region, to help partners and customers generate value from the platform through engaging and innovative learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops
- Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys
- Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value
- Create and deliver engaging training content and materials
- Assess and improve training approaches through quality assurance and feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their enablement needs
Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in creating and delivering training to diverse audiences
- Experience in technical training, including developing enablement journeys and delivering training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts
- Experience evaluating complex data and working with intricate processes
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
