Job Description
The role involves managing end-to-end implementations of Celonis Process Mining technology for strategic customers, including project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer programs, defining and steering project outcomes.
- Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from initiation to training.
- Manage resources, scope, and budgets across multiple projects with detailed project plans.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical teams, and executives to ensure successful implementation.
- Serve as the primary contact for product feature requests and support issue escalation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues regularly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Update project information in the Celonis Professional Services Automation System for accurate reporting.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to minimize impact on project success.
- Guide and mentor implementation teams and partner resources to follow Celonis methodology.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Celonis Services methods and best practices.
Requirements
- Client-facing Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk issue action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with customers and Celonis executives.
- Strong communication skills and a background in consulting with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and project timelines.
- Experience in people managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore.
- Experience in positioning Services, writing proposals and statements of work within a complete ecosystem of customers and partners.
- A history of working with an ecosystem of partners and managed co-delivery.
- Ability to effectively set and manage customer expectations.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Ability and willingness to be certified in Celonis products.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Safe Agile.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related fields.
- Japanese language fluency at a level that is considered a MUST for the role.
