Job Description
The Lead Consultant at Celonis is responsible for driving digital transformation by implementing process mining solutions, developing data-driven insights using SQL and AI/ML technologies, and helping customers optimize their business processes across various domains to maximize value and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL
- Design and implement complex data models to maximize customer value
- Leverage Celonis software features such as Process Analytics, Automation, AI, and ML to improve processes
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and measure process improvements
- Implement Process Automation technology to enhance process speed and conformance
- Establish KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Drive digital transformation and support long-term customer success in process mining initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area.
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab.
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and recognized as a quick learner.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program.
