Job Description
The role involves developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, building systems to capture and share organizational knowledge, and collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency and innovation within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement knowledge management strategies and initiatives
- Support the development and execution of a global Knowledge Governance Model
- Standardize processes for knowledge creation, tagging, storage, and access
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to align KM objectives
- Lead KM projects ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Develop training programs and onboarding frameworks for KM best practices
- Monitor and optimize KM system performance and user engagement
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance KM workflows
- Manage data integration, imports, and exports to ensure system interoperability
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Knowledge Management consulting experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the globe.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance KM processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, including managing datasets and creating reports, performance metrics, and data visualizations.
- Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and delivering impactful KM solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
