Job Description
The Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst supports the development and implementation of KM strategies, collaborates across departments to optimize knowledge sharing, and manages KM projects to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making at Celonis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement knowledge management strategies and initiatives
- Support the rollout of a global Knowledge Governance Model and standardized KM processes
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to align KM objectives
- Lead KM projects ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Develop training programs and onboarding frameworks for KM best practices
- Monitor and analyze KM system performance and user feedback for continuous improvement
- Utilize AI tools to enhance knowledge discovery, sharing, and maintenance processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, operations, and reporting.
- Experience in Knowledge Management consulting is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the globe.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance Knowledge Management processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
