Job Description

This internship role involves supporting the Business Development team at Celonis by conducting account research, prospecting through cold calls and emails, and helping to generate sales opportunities, with potential for growth into a full-time sales development role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision makers.
  • Prospect into prioritized accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies.
  • Initiate sales opportunities by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Support the sales cycle by accompanying sourced opportunities.
  • Present progress and results to sales leaders to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and be a fast learner
  • Ability to listen very well and be an excellent communicator
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Curiosity and a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
  • Native or equivalent proficiency in Turkish and business fluent English language
  • Other European languages are a plus
  • At least 6 months of full-time availability for the role
