Job Description
The Ecosystem Consultant at Celonis is responsible for advising partners and clients on digital transformation initiatives using process mining and data analysis, driving product adoption, and delivering innovative solutions to maximize business value across various processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise partners and end-customers on digital transformation and product adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence Graph
- Perform data transformations, analyses, and develop data-driven process insights using SQL and complex data models
- Identify strategic use cases, build analyses, and generate process improvements to create business value
- Enable partners to utilize advanced features of the Celonis platform and drive product innovation
- Lead and advise end-to-end engagements with large partners to scale and expand Celonis adoption
Requirements
- Business fluency in English - both written and spoken; proficiency in any other language is a big plus
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, Business Process Reengineering, Digital Transformation or similar areas, with at least one year at a renowned strategy consultancy
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in Business Technology, Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar
- Strong ability in critical strategic thinking and problem solving, helping to quickly understand business problems and break them down into Celonis requirements
- Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk issue action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with partners, customers, and executives
- In-depth business process understanding, such as supply chain, financial services, IT service management
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB is highly desired
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand, persona-oriented manner from technical experts through C-suite
