Job Description
The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives for top clients in the Pharma Chemicals industry, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, driving value realization, and fostering innovation to maximize business impact with Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the Pharma Chemicals industry.
- Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision and align Celonis solutions with customer strategic objectives.
- Drive measurable business impact by ensuring platform adoption and supporting process transformation projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value, resolve escalations, and ensure project success.
- Mentor and coach team members and customer organizations to increase platform adoption and maturity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external executives.
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation.
- Represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership platforms to promote customer advocacy.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Pharma Chemicals industry.
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
- Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
- Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
- Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
- Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Are self-motivated, proactive team player.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
