Job Description
The role involves acting as a strategic advisor to global clients in the supply chain and CPG industries, driving digital transformation and process optimization using Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform to deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client strategic goals and map them to long-term value using the Celonis platform
- Architect the supply chain agenda to optimize entire value chains such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management
- Construct business cases demonstrating financial impact to C-Suite executives
- Lead executive relationships and manage value workstreams for large-scale transformations
- Guide customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address implementation challenges and define standards for supply chain visibility and logistics
- Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present results and value realization to senior management and C-level stakeholders
- Develop reusable best practices, playbooks, and thought leadership based on client successes
- Coach and mentor team members on executive relationship management and supply chain nuances
- Provide feedback to product teams to align development with customer needs
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including adoption, expansion, and renewal of the platform
Requirements
- 15 years of relevant experience, ideally combining time at a global CPG, Logistics, or Supply Chain-intensive firm with Strategy Consulting, with a deep understanding of the complexities of moving goods and managing assets at scale.
- Granular knowledge of the value chain, specifically in areas such as Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Distribution, Fleet Asset Management, and Order Management.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation programs that impact the P&L through inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and cash flow improvement.
- Understanding of the modern supply chain technology stack, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, TMS, and WMS systems, and the ability to translate Celonis use cases into the customer’s specific business landscape.
- Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-Level executives such as CSCO, CIO, CFO, and navigating complex global organizations with persuasive data, facts, and confidence.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
- Ability to build and articulate comprehensive business cases that demonstrate the financial impact of Process Intelligence, including impacts on Cost-to-Serve, On-Time-In-Full performance, or Asset Utilization, tailored for C-Suite executives.
- Experience in leading the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal of solutions.
- Ability to develop strategic expansion roadmaps for customers, embedding Celonis Process Intelligence Platform as a core component of their digital transformation.
