Job Description

The role involves managing relationships and generating new business opportunities within large telecommunications enterprises in Germany and Austria, utilizing a consultative sales approach. The position requires collaboration across various functions to drive the sales cycle and achieve significant revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and cultivate relationships with customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage global players in the Utility, Telco, or FSI industry.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders and below.
  • Represent the Celonis suite of solutions focused on Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Close six-seven-figure deals within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in management business process consulting including responsibility to manage senior stakeholders and secure new project wins or 10 years of experience selling enterprise business software at C-level CFO, CPO, COO in a new business focused field sales role.
  • Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of processes and KPIs within Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Experience in building trusted relationships with senior LOB stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the Utilities, Telco or FSI industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills.
