Job Description

The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives within the Pharma Life-Sciences industry, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, driving value realization, and fostering innovation using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the Pharma Life-Sciences industry.
  • Engage with C-Level executives to define long-term vision and align Celonis solutions with customer business strategies.
  • Drive measurable business impact by ensuring platform adoption and value realization within customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their success and improve team performance.
  • Resolve customer escalations efficiently by orchestrating internal resources.
  • Internalize customer strategies and targets to align Celonis delivery with business objectives.
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and foster innovation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company to influence product development and service offerings.
  • Represent Celonis at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to promote customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Pharma Life-Sciences industry or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
