Job Description

The role involves leading customer success and strategic transformation initiatives within the Pharma industry by managing executive relationships, driving value realization, and fostering innovation using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer success initiatives for strategic clients in the Pharma industry
  • Engage with C-Level executives to define long-term vision and strategic objectives for using Celonis
  • Drive measurable business impact by ensuring platform adoption and value realization
  • Coordinate and mobilize cross-functional teams to support customer engagements
  • Mentor and guide customer organizations and internal teams on process transformation and adoption
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards and industry events to gather insights and promote advocacy
  • Act as a voice of the customer to influence product development and service offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience within the Pharma industry or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
  • Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
  • Knowledge of how to successfully work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Possess a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong team player who inspires the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management ability to organize and manage multiple streams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customer stakeholder needs.
