Job Description
The Business Development Team is responsible for identifying, developing, and creating new enterprise business opportunities in new and existing accounts for our field sales organization by generating qualified pipelines to support revenue growth.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field
- Demonstration of leadership in a prior role
- Be coachable, competitive, have intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including high-level communications with internal and external contacts
- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize work and tasks; attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Demonstrate a passion for learning new things and continuous improvement
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire
- Ideal candidate will have a high desire to build a career in sales leadership
- The base pay range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
- Total compensation package will include base pay and sick time off. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
