Job Description
The role involves supporting customer engagements as a Value Engineer, leveraging AI and process mining technology to identify business challenges, develop solutions, and demonstrate value to clients, with opportunities for career growth through a graduate program and international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nordics Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and demonstrate how Celonis Process Intelligence can address them
- Execute proof projects to showcase value, frame business benefits, and present to senior executives
- Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment for customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
- Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development
- Create reusable collateral and best practice tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
- Travel to meet clients in the Nordics region to support customer success
Requirements
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI ML, Mathematics or other related fields, as well as valuable work internship experience.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
- Willingness to travel to the Nordics region to meet clients in person.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English and in Finnish, Danish, Swedish or other Nordics language.
- Ability to support customer engagements by collaborating with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help them achieve their business objectives and AI strategy.
- Ability to execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence, frame a quantitative business value, and deliver presentations to senior executives to drive investment decisions.
- Capability to prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning, LLM-based solutions, and orchestration technology.
- Experience or exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is a welcome indicator of eagerness to develop in this field.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers.
- Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Ability to support change management and value realization to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn from mistakes, and the ability to rapidly develop solutions and pilots using AI technologies.
- Demonstrated curiosity, self-motivation, and enjoyment of continuous learning in a high-growth environment.
