Job Description
This role involves providing senior client leadership, building strategic relationships, and driving business development within the Health Market for CannonDesign, while leading project teams and promoting Living-Centered Design to deliver innovative solutions and ensure firm growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships within the Health Market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities with target clients and expand existing client accounts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering high performance and collaboration.
- Strategically plan and execute client engagement and project delivery to meet business and financial goals.
- Drive top-line growth by securing new signed fee opportunities and cross-selling services across markets and practices.
Requirements
- Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Health market with a proven track record of client and team leadership, and business development success.
- Must have previous experience in client leadership roles that have been connected to an office, market, or region with multiple successful client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Must be able to demonstrate sound judgement and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Some travel required.
