Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the East Region, focusing on the growth of the health market.
Develop and lead high-performance, diverse teams aligned with regional strategies.
Contribute to firm success through strategy development, market intelligence, and business development.
Build regional and office business plans in collaboration with leadership.
Focus on strategic activities and top-tier client pursuits to support regional growth.
Develop and implement a business plan for future growth, resource needs, and brand opportunities.
Position CannonDesign for new business opportunities with target clients to achieve market growth targets.
Lead client engagement and project work at the highest levels to foster long-term relationships.
Enhance the regional brand through speaking engagements, writing, and promotional activities.
Develop and advance strategic initiatives and pursuit strategies to grow the regional market.
Identify and pursue new target clients and nurture existing client relationships.
Achieve profitability goals and ensure successful implementation of business plan initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive team, fostering leadership and innovation.
Engage in activities that promote brand development and new business opportunities, dedicating time accordingly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 18 years of experience with a proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Health Market.
Strong presentation skills are essential.
Exceptional client and people leadership skills are required.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
Must be able to demonstrate sound judgement and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
Some travel is required.
