The Project Architect will lead the development and coordination of architectural projects, overseeing design, technical quality, team management, client relations, and sustainable strategies to deliver integrated and high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, production, coordination, and detailing of architectural projects.
Coordinate engineering systems with consultants and team members.
Prepare design sketches for site plans.
Communicate project status, design intent, and updates to stakeholders.
Participate in business development and client relations.
Perform field site observations and visits.
Integrate sustainable and performance-based design strategies.
Implement project delivery processes and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior team members and interns.
Ensure technical quality and compliance through QA/QC standards.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum 8 years of related professional experience required.
Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
Must possess business acumen.
Must be a critical thinker.
Must be highly analytical.
Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work with a high degree of latitude, with some ambiguity in work.
Must have the ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
