Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the firm-wide Mental Behavioral Health Market, including strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Develop and implement business plans to drive market growth, client engagement, and brand positioning.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target clients to achieve revenue and top-line growth goals.
Lead client relationships at the highest levels, managing project-specific work and fostering long-term partnerships.
Represent the submarket externally and internally through speaking engagements, writing, and promotional activities.
Develop and advance strategic initiatives and pursuit strategies to grow the submarket.
Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure successful implementation of business plan initiatives and profitability targets.
Build and mentor a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive team, fostering leadership and professional development.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a relevant field.
Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Mental Behavioral Health Market within the Design Industry A E C, with a preference for 20 years of related experience.
Proven track record of top line, strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Mental Behavioral Health Market within the Design Industry A E C.

Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy.

Ability to develop and lead high-performance diverse teams focused on the development and implementation of the Submarket Business Plan.

Ability to collaborate with other Market Leaders, Client Leaders, and firm-wide resources to focus on growing the submarket’s top line and achieve at least $5.0 million in net signed fees annually.
Ability to develop and advance strategic initiatives and client pursuit strategies that lead to the growth of the submarket.
Ability to develop and implement a business plan focused on future growth strategies, resource needs, and brand opportunities.
Ability to lead the development of the business plan in coordination with other Market Leadership.
Ability to lead, engage, and partner with clients at the highest levels on billable project-specific work.
Ability to understand the market, including best practices, evidence-based and research-based design.
Ability to collaborate with Regional Director, Regional Process Director, Office Practice Leader, and Market Leaders to ensure successful implementation of business plan initiatives.
Ability to build a network, recruit top-tier talent, and assess, mentor, and coach staff to develop future leaders.

Salary range of $180,800 to $226,000 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses
