Job Description

This position involves contributing to architectural design and development as part of a multidisciplinary team, including creating visualizations, BIM models, and participating in project coordination, with opportunities for leadership and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to conceptual and architectural design as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Prepare design presentations, including 3D visualizations and graphics
  • Contribute to the production of BIM models and related deliverables
  • Participate in project coordination with other disciplines
  • Review shop drawing submittals under guidance
  • Attend and actively participate in project team meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
  • Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required.
  • Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
  • Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work.
  • Experience with design, material selection, coordination, and architectural development as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts including 3D design visualizations and other illustrative graphics.
  • Ability to contribute to the production of the BIM model and associated deliverables under direction.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to review shop drawing submittals with guidance from the Project Architect.
  • Willingness to participate in project coordination with other disciplines.
  • Willingness to participate in site visits.
  • Ability to attend and actively participate in project team meetings.
  • Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Some experience in computational design tools such as Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred.
