This position involves contributing to architectural design and development within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on conceptual design, visualization, BIM modeling, and project coordination, under the supervision of a Licensed Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to conceptual and architectural design as part of a multidisciplinary team
Prepare design presentations, including 3D visualizations and illustrative graphics
Assist in producing BIM models and related project deliverables
Coordinate with other disciplines on project tasks
Review shop drawing submittals under guidance
Participate in site visits and project team meetings
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required.
Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work.
Experience with design, material selection, coordination, and architectural development as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Ability to prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts including 3D design visualizations and other illustrative graphics.
Ability to contribute to production of the BIM model and associated deliverables under direction.
Ability to participate in project coordination with other disciplines.
Ability to review shop drawing submittals with guidance from the Project Architect.
Ability to attend and actively participate in project team meetings.
Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Candidates must be able to work independently and under supervision, contributing to conceptual and architectural design.
Candidates must be able to perform duties that may include site visits and review of shop drawings.
