Project Cordinator

This is a delivery-facing coordination role for someone who combines exceptional administration with the confidence to operate across clients, contractors, engineering teams and construction sites. You will work closely with Project Managers and Project Directors, taking ownership of project controls, document flow and follow through so that actions, submissions and milestones do not drift.

You may already be a strong Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Document Controller or Assistant Project Manager who wants broader delivery exposure. You will be naturally rigorous, willing to challenge constructively and motivated by making projects run better. You do not need to be the technical expert in every discussion, but you must be curious, credible and confident enough to identify gaps, obtain answers and keep actions moving.

• Work on major UK battery energy storage projects supporting the energy transition.
• Operate close to live project decision-making rather than from the edge of the delivery team.
• Build practical experience across the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
