HR and Benefits Coordinator

Mesquite Module Corporation is seeking a Bilingual HR & Benefits Coordinator II to support daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role m ust be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) and will primarily support Benefits Administration and Recruiting/Onboarding activities , while also providing administrative support for Workday (HRIS) and ADP payroll processes .

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Benefits Administration, Recruiting, and Payroll Support.
• Experience with Workday and ADP strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: Mesquite, TX Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time
• Assist Benefits Supervisor with benefits enrollment, changes, and eligibility questions.
• Answer employee inquiries pertaining to medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental benefit programs.
• Partner with benefit supervisors and vendors to resolve employee inquiries and issues.
