Job Description
EP Cube combines the entrepreneurial environment of a growing residential energy-storage business with the international scale and experience of Canadian Solar.
Key Responsibilities
- European marketing strategy – Define positioning, audience priorities, channel plans and go-to-market activity aligned with sales targets, product roadmaps and corporate branding.
- Campaign execution – Setting up and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, PR, trade marketing, events and partner programs.
- Demand generation - Building programs that create qualified leads and equipping Sales with practical tools, collateral and localized content.
- Content and brand management - Develop and adapt website, social, video, brochure and campaign content for European audiences while maintaining a clear and consistent EP Cube brand.
- Market activation - Cover trade shows, partner events, customer seminars, product launches and promotions in collaboration with regional Sales and HQ.
- Performance and analytics - Defining KPIs, tracking campaign ROI, lead conversion and brand indicators, and turning market insight into action.
- Partners and budgets - The role may direct agencies, vendors and event partners while remaining ready to execute directly when needed.
- Europe and HQ collaboration - The scope may require building effective relationships across cultures and time zones and aligning campaigns, budgets, content and marketing tools.
Requirements
- We are interested in connecting with professionals who bring significant relevant marketing experience, including ownership of regional strategy and hands-on campaign execution in a fast-moving B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Relevant sector experience may include residential solar/PV, battery energy storage, inverters, EV charging, heat pumps, smart home or home energy management. Backgrounds in electrical products, home appliances or adjacent cleantech sold through installers, distributors or channel partners are also relevant.
- We value evidence of building campaigns from the ground up, using digital and marketing automation tools effectively, and moving comfortably between planning, content, execution and analysis.
- A strong understanding of distribution marketing, lead generation and the commercial realities of supporting sales teams and channel partners would be beneficial.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or comparable tools, combined with confidence using performance data, is of interest.
- We also value experience managing agencies, vendors, events and budgets without losing pace, detail or ownership.
- Relevant profiles will demonstrate sound professional judgement and clear communication through examples of aligning regional and HQ stakeholders, setting priorities, managing expectations and moving initiatives forward.
- Experience collaborating across international headquarters and regional teams, including within organizations headquartered in Asia, is valued where it supports effective coordination across different markets, time zones and working practices.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, would be relevant.
- Fluent English is important for international collaboration. German and/or Italian, as well as other European languages or Mandarin, may be valued where relevant to communication with customers, partners or cross-regional teams.
