Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer complaints, quality data, issue trends, service history, and repeated problems to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to solve customer issues.
Coordinate and manage external labor, contractors, or service partners during field activities when assigned.
Manage after-sales quality projects, including action plans, timelines, risk tracking, milestone follow-up, and final closure.
Balance customer satisfaction, company cost, schedule, quality impact, and business priorities when supporting issue resolution.
Build real engineering experience from your first day.
Work directly with experienced engineers and manufacturing leaders.
Develop project management, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
Learn advanced manufacturing processes within the rapidly growing renewable energy industry.
Gain exposure to production, quality systems, logistics, engineering, and operations.
Grow into future engineering and leadership opportunities within Canadian Solar.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Management, or another related technical or business discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business software.
